Roasted Chicken and Artichoke Sandwich

1 Rotisserie Chicken; shredded
1 can artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
1 pint cherry tomatoes; chopped
1 can garbanzo beans; drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic; minced
2 teaspoons lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and Pepper
Ciabatta bread; sliced

Combine the garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until smooth; season with salt and pepper. 
Spread the garbanzo bean mixture over each bread slice. 
Top with chicken, artichoke hearts and tomatoes.
